My top priority is to have very happy customers. If however, there is an issue with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss how I can fix it for you first instead of leaving negative feedback.
If there is something wrong with your order, you may be asked to send a photo of the item to receive a refund. I use this to keep track of my losses.
If a return is in order, returns must be made within seven days after you receive your package. The buyer is responsible for any shipping fees unless an error was made with your order. Refunds will be issued after I receive your returned package. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees.
Returned items MUST be in original condition, NO exceptions. Custom made jewelry cannot be returned if it had been altered in any way. (Cut chains, removed bails, stamped, etc.) I will NOT refund items that were in a smoker's home. I cannot resell items that smell like smoke. CHAIN SOLD BY THE FOOT IS NOT RETURNABLE.
If your return item(s) bring your order total below the allowed amount specified on the coupon, you will be issued a refund for the items less the coupon amount. No refunds will be allowed for coupon/discount amounts on previous orders. Coupon must be submitted at the time of purchase.
I do NOT do exchanges. With the amount of sales in my shop, it's simply too hard to keep track of.
I DO NOT recommend using the items I sell for anything that will be given to children. These pieces are made with small parts that can easily be choked on, etc.
ATTENTION: ALMOST ALL CHARMS ARE STAMPED ON THE BACK OR ON THE EDGE. The stamping is very tiny and shows either the authenticity of the silver or the manufacture or country of origin.
